The Recipe
1 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup softened raw honey
1/2 tsp. Real salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups sprouted almonds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. Breakfast Sprinkle or you could use Cold Remedy Sprinkle
1 Tbsp. eleuthro powder (for it's brain and energy boosting properties)
dried fruit such as raisins, craisins, bilberry, dates, etc.
dried goji berries
any kind of seeds
any kind of nuts
cacao nibs
granola
cereal (have used Kashi and brown rice crisps)
