2 cups chopped pecans

2 cups coconut flakes (make sure these are "real" coconut without additives and sugar)
3/4 cup sucanat, coconut palm sugar or dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Real salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon or breakfast sprinkle
1/4 tsp. cardamom
