The Recipe
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sugar of choice)
Blend to a coarse powder in a food processor or high powered blender.
1/2 cup chopped dates
2 tsp. Crio Bru (or cacao nibs)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. Real salt
Continue to blend until a nut butter consistency.
