With all that in mind my immune boosting blend is simple and delicious, just three ingredients. My favorite way to prepare it is in a glycerite but you could make a syrup, tincture, tea or capsule with the blend also.
Cold Kicker Blend
Acute conditions = you are sick:
Glycerite/tincture - 2 to 3 dropperfuls every waking hour
tea - 2 to 3 cups a day
Glycerite/tincture - 2 to 3 dropperfuls a day
tea - 1 cup, 2 to 3 times a week
