Why These Ingredients?

- Lemons are full of vitamin C which provide antioxidants and immune boosting power. More healing benefits of lemon can be found here.
- Real Salt or an equivalent mineral rich sea salt like Himalayan Pink Salt. These contain over 60 trace minerals that will replace all the electrolytes lost in physical activity and sickness.
- Ginger Glycerite or Extract* - This is optional but I love to add ginger for the warming effect ginger has on the body, it will improve circulation and for sickness it will ease nausea, stomach cramps and boost the immune system. Check out more healing benefits of ginger here.
