The Recipe
1 Tbsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. powdered cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
Place all the spices in a little jar or spice container, I prefer glass. Shake up to combine the spices and label. I not only use this spice for pumpkin pie but I add it to pancakes, waffles, sprinkled over applesauce and in hot cereal. Think outside the pumpkin pie!
